This publication is designed to be used while reading "The Punishment Cure" text which I have ( apologetically ) down loaded without permission to my yahoo groups at
These groups have Punisher Text available to the members in the FILES or FOTOS section. Membership in Yahoo is free. FARADISM 4. is not resolving properly. I will move or fix it as soon as I can. If you call me I will Fax the missing pages to you. I will add more to this web and the files as computer time permits.
From the inside front page.
Aversion therapy - cure by punishment - is the ASSOCIATION of some unpleasantness with an unwanted behavior in an attempt to modify or eliminate that behavior.
From the Preface.
This book had its beginnings in a front page story in the "Wall Street Journal" and entailed more than a year of research.
The widespread use of a psychological technique involving punishment is bound to be controversial.
Punishment as a weapon of retaliation has been around as long as mankind, but it has been a relatively short time since men of science have dignified it as a social and medical tool.
Page 3. Barry Tanner calls Faradism "humanizing" and not as unpleasant as dental work. Tanner reports great success.
(Page 4.) line 3. "Dear Abby" recommends aversion therapy for exhibitionists who want help in covering up.
(line 5.) 1962 it is almost unheard of at the annual meeting of the American Psychiatric Association.
line 7. 1969 Six hundred psychiatrist are on it.
paragraph 3. line 7. to ( Page 5.) paragraph 1. Critics charge that traditional psychotherapy or the "talking cure" takes to long, cost too much, can be used on only a limited variety of problems, and just does not have a good record of success.
(Page 5.) paragraph 2. Behavior therapy, with its more specific and limited objectives, is said to take less time and money and therefore is beneficial to a greater number of people.
last line on paragraph 2. "a person learns how to avoid punishment"
THIS IS WHY I SAY THE SHOCK BOX MUST BE CARRIED AROUND CONSTANTLY. AND A SIGNIFICANT OTHER TAUGHT HOW TO GENTLY PROD HER SPOUSE INTO USING IT PROMPTLY. WE NEED THESE BOX'S EVEN IN JAIL.( PLACE CELL DOGS WEB HERE.)
DOG TRAINING IS IMPORTANT BUT IN THIS CASE ONE IS NOT TEACHING AN ORGANISM WITHOUT TO PERFORM A CONDITIONED RESPONSE TO AN EXTERNAL STIMULUS BUT YOUR CONDITIONING THE SUBCONSCIOUS PLEASURE SEEKER WITHIN TO RESPOND NEUTRALLY OR NEGATIVELY TO THE TARGETED COGNITION OR CRAVING. IT IS THE SAME TECHNIQUE IN REVERSE. NOT TO DRIVE IT TO DO SOMETHING BUT TO DRIVE IT AWAY FROM DOING IT.
(Page 7.) John Wesley founder of Methodism wrote in 1760 "How much sickness and pain may be prevented or removed and how many lives saved by this UNPARALLEL'D REMEDY. And yet with what Vehemence has it been opposed?"
(Page 10.) last line in paragraph 2. Stanford University Professor Alberto Bandura concludes "It appears that behavioral techniques can accomplish these goals in a GREAT many cases".
(Page 11.) 1st. bullet. THEY DON'T TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT LIKE DOG TRAINING, THE TRAINING IS ONLY AS GOOD AS : 1.THE ABILITY OF THE TRAINER TO TRAIN THE DOG. - 2.THE ABILITY AND DESIRE OF THE TRAINER TO PRIME THE OWNER SO THAT THE OWNER CAN UP KEEP OR RETRAIN THE ANIMAL WHEN NECESSARY (AND RETRAINING IS ALWAYS REQUIRED). THE "TRICK" BECOMES EXTINCT IF THE ANIMAL REALIZES IT WILL NOT BE CONSISTENTLY PUNISHED FOR DISOBEDIENCE. SO TO THE SUBCONSCIOUS. _ 3.THE OWNER MUST HAVE THE TOOLS TO DO THE MAINTENANCE ON THE ANIMAL WITHIN. A SHOCK BOX THAT DELIVERS MORE THAN THE OWNER CAN TAKE MUST BE CONSTANTLY PRESENT. THE THERAPIST LIKE THE DOG TRAINER KNOWS THAT IF THE SUBJECT KNOWS HOW TO DO IT HIMSELF HE NOT ONLY WILL NOT NEED THE THERAPIST BUT HE WILL TEACH OTHERS HOW TO DO IT THUS DOING IT RIGHT MEANS WORKING HIMSELF OUT OF A JOB.
2nd. Bullet, NOT IN MY CASE. I DID IT MYSELF AT HOME WITH NOT PRIOR INSTRUCTION AND I DID NOT KNOW IF IT WOULD WORK, NOR DID I EXPECT IT TO AND WAS SURPRISED WHEN IT DID TAKE. EL PASO'S ALLIVIANE HAS A BOOK THAT SAYS YOU SHOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE LANGUAGE OF WAYS THE MEXICAN CULTURE AND I AGREE IN THAT SHOCK BOXES ARE IN OUR HISTORY. WE ALL KNOW ABOUT THEM AND PUT EACH OTHER DOWN WHEN ONE OF US BACKS DOWN TO A GAME OF TYPE. BORDER MEXICAN IN THE U.S. ALSO DELVE INTO THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR. WE CAN MAKE IT WORK FOR US AND THEN TEACH THE REST.
(Page 12.) 4th. Bullet, THE SHOCK THAT GOES FROM ZERO VOLT AND SLOWLY INCREASES BY THE SUBJECTS OWN HAND SHOULD BE BARLEY "TOLERABLE" NOT BARLEY PERCEPTIBLE.
5th. Bullet, I THINK "OVER LEARNING" SHOULD NOT TAKE PLACE. LIKE DOG TRAINING SESSIONS SHOULD BE FUN AND LOOKED FORWARD TO, THIS IS TO MUCH AVERSION AND NOT NECESSARY. WHEN IT MAKES YOU SICK YOU PUT IT DOWN AND DON'T TOUCH IT UNTIL YOU HAVE ANOTHER COGNITION OF USING.
6th. Bullet, BOOSTERS SHOULD HAPPEN THE FIRST TIME YOU THINK OF USING OR DRINKING. DON'T NAG YOUR SPOUSE SAYING " HEY I THOUGHT YOU WEREN'T GONNA DRINK NO MORE" JUST LET HIM FARADIZE BY HIMSELF AND TAKE CARE AS AFTER LONG PERIODS OF TIME YOU ALCOHOL AND HEROIN TOLERANCE GO DOWN. DRINK WEAK BEER AND THIN OUT THE DRUGS.
7th. Bullet, DONE RIGHT AND DONE CONSISTENTLY IT WILL WORK FOR ANYBODY AND FOR ANYTHING.
8th. Bullet, PEOPLE WHO MIGHT GET THE D.T.S SCHIZOPHRENICS WHO ARE SEVERELY DELUSIONAL UNLESS THEY ARE HELP BY A CALM PATIENT FAMILY MEMBER WHO HAS HIMSELF PRACTICED AVERSION THERAPY ON HIMSELF FOR AT LEAST TWENTY YEARS.
(Page 13.) 1st. Bullet, HEAVENLY. ALL POSITIVE ENERGY AND STRENGTH. YOU WANT TO RUN AND WORK OUT. TWO DAYS OF SLIGHT DEPRESSION WHEN YOU STOP EATING BUT IT QUICKLY GOES AWAY COMPLETELY AND YOU FELL PROUD AND HAPPY IT WORKED AGAIN FOR SOMETHING ELSE.

The present day focus ( and much past experience ) has been with alcohol and cigarettes aversion therapy applied in clinical settings. The person is usually walked through the steps instead of being primed on how to auto-faradize in the environment which triggers his drinking or using when necessary.
These therapist apply several methods of which none are anything like mine at http://faradism.net

Other aversion therapy groups around the world in Spanish and English
In case I die or go to jail, I have made mirror groups around the world. If this group which is a monitored group fails do to lack of use then you can join the others which are mostly not monitored and will out live me.
The front page of this group has a link to The Punishment Cure, I will add these groups there. Thank you.
